Hey! Welcome to JetHost.in. These are the rules of the game – written in plain English so everyone understands what’s allowed and what’s not.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, using our free tools, or even browsing our site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services we provide

• Shared Hosting
• WordPress Hosting
• Domain Registration & Transfer
• Free tools (Seo Checker, DA/DR Checker, etc.)

3. Your responsibilities

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Illegal activities under Indian law
• Adult content, pornography, or escort services
• Phishing, spam, or malware distribution
• Mass mailing (more than 300 emails/hour)
• Crypto mining, torrent sites, or file-sharing platforms
• Proxy/VPN services (unless on dedicated servers)

4. Resource usage (fair play)

• Shared hosting is for normal websites – not for video streaming, backups of your laptop, or huge file downloads
• CPU/RAM usage must stay under 25% for more than 60 seconds (we’ll notify you first if you’re close)
• Inodes limit: 300,000 per account (plenty for 99% of sites)

5. Payments & Refunds

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST
• Hosting & domains are non-refundable after 7 days (except first-time shared hosting – full refund within 30 days if you’re not happy)
• Domain registrations are never refundable (registry rules)
• Late payment → service suspended after 7 days → terminated after 30 days

6. 99.9% Uptime Guarantee

If we fall below 99.9% monthly uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance), you get 1 month free hosting credit. Just open a ticket within 7 days of the outage.

7. Backups (very important)

We take daily backups for disaster recovery – but they are not a substitute for your own backups.
You are responsible for keeping your own backups (we provide free tools in cPanel).

8. Content & DMCA

You are fully responsible for everything on your website. If we receive a valid DMCA notice or court order, we’ll remove the content immediately and notify you.

9. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account instantly (without refund) if you:

• Break any rule above
• Threaten or abuse our staff
• Damage the server or other customers

10. Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for lost profits, data loss, or any indirect damages – even if we knew it could happen. Maximum liability = total amount you paid us in the last 6 months.

11. Changes to these Terms

We’ll email you 7 days before any major change. Keep using the service after that = you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be settled in Coimbatore courts only.
