We like to keep things super simple and honest – just like our hosting.
In short: First-time shared or WordPress hosting customers get a full 30-day money-back guarantee. Everything else (domains, renewals, add-ons) is non-refundable – this is standard across 99% of real Indian hosting companies.

If you’re not 100% happy within the first 30 days, just open a ticket or email support@jethost.in → we’ll refund every rupee (including GST) to your original payment method within 48 hours.
No questions asked. No hard feelings.
No Refunds (Industry Standard)
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- All domain name registrations & transfers (.in, .com, .co.in, etc.) – registry rules don’t allow refunds
- Domain renewals
- Hosting renewals (second year onwards)
- VPS, Dedicated Servers, Cloud Hosting
- SSL certificates
- SiteLock, CodeGuard, or any add-ons
- Late payment or reactivation fees
- Services already used beyond 30 days
How to request your 30-day refund

- Open a billing/support ticket with subject “30-Day Refund Request”
- Or simply email support@jethost.in
We process refunds within 48 hours (usually same day).
Important notes
- Free domain included with annual hosting → if you cancel within 30 days, we deduct the actual domain cost (₹499–₹999 depending on TLD) from the refund
- Abuse, spam, or violation of our Terms & Conditions → no refund even within 30 days
